Supporting Frontline Communities: Monthly Summary
The Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation together with the World Food Programme (WFP) of the UN, continues to provide essential supplies to residents of frontline and border communities. In August, our team was actively working in the Sumy and Kherson regions.

In particular, residents of Sumy received 5,000 food packages. In addition, we also assist people affected by military actions: during August, 94 individuals were registered to receive one-time financial aid.
For the residents of the Kherson community, 34,632 boxes were delivered. Each package contains everyday essential products such as flour, cereals, oil, sugar, canned goods, and more. We also continue to provide bread to Kherson residents – in August, 237,262 loaves were delivered and distributed, along with 833 MRE sets (ready-to-eat meals).

Another important area of our work with WFP is institutional food support. In August, 14 institutions in the Sumy and Chernihiv regions received food packages.
We do everything possible to provide people with the most essential support.
