We take pride in the people who have been working tirelessly since May 2022 to support those in need. We provide comprehensive assistance to those affected by military aggression and support them through difficult life circumstances.

Our foundation brings together professionals from various fields to ensure efficient and prompt work.

People Management Department
Recruitment, management and organizational support of personnel aimed at meeting the Foundation’s staffing needs.
Human Resources Administration Department
HR administration, maintenance of relevant documentation and support of employment-related processes.
Occupational Safety Service
Organization and support of occupational safety processes and compliance with established requirements and standards.
Security Department
Organization and provision of security for the Foundation’s activities, including oversight and support of relevant security processes.
Communications & Analytics Department
Monitoring and evaluation of activities, analytical support, and coordination of internal and external communications.
Regional Operations Department
Coordination of regional activities, community engagement, process safety and rapid response.
Grants Department
Organization and support of grant-related activities and implementation of relevant processes and areas of work.
Administration Department
Administrative, legal, records management, translation and system support for the Foundation’s activities.
Finance & Economics Department
Financial and economic planning and support of activities, ensuring the proper organization of financial processes.
Accounting Department
Accounting, maintenance of financial documentation and preparation of relevant reporting.
Logistics Department
Organization of logistics processes, transportation, warehousing and transport support for the Foundation’s activities.
Procurement Department
Organization of procurement processes and provision of the material resources required for the Foundation’s activities.
Program Implementation Department
Organization and coordination of program implementation and support of the Foundation’s specialized program areas.
International Relations & Partnerships Department
Development of international cooperation and partnerships, as well as support of the Foundation’s fundraising activities.

Федір Іванов був власником магазину у Вовчанську. Російські війська окупували місто в перший же день повномасштабного вторгнення. Звісно, полиці магазину швидко спорожніли. Тоді Федір, ризикуючи власним життям, вирішив постачати у Вовчанськ хліб із заводів на неокупованій частині Харківщини.
«Заводські водії відмовлялися їздити в окупацію. А я місцевий, добре знаю дороги. Якщо не пропускали на одному блок-посту, їхав іншою дорогою», – пояснює він.

Окрім хлібу, Федір возив у Вовчанськ гуманітарні вантажі, зокрема, дитяче харчування. Також вивозив з міста чоловіків, яким через їхні професії небезпечно було залишатися в окупації.
«На блок-постах казав, що це – мої вантажники, ми їдемо на завод по хліб. І нас пропускали», – розповідає він.

Після деокупації Вовчанська Федір займався евакуацією місцевих мешканців, які потребували допомоги. Зараз працює водієм на кухні: розвозить працівників, гарячі обіди, продукти.
