Responding to the Aftermath in Pechenihy
Eight attack drones struck the town of Pechenihy during the night of May 25, causing significant destruction. A lyceum and the local courthouse were destroyed, while apartment buildings suffered shattered windows and doors, and damaged balconies.
The attack began around 2:00 a.m., according to the Pechenihy Settlement Military Administration.

The Rapid Response Team of the Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation promptly deployed to Pechenihy to help eliminate the consequences of the strike. Together with the Humanitarian Coordination Center, the team worked at the lyceum and in damaged apartment buildings.
Denys Hrushka, Head of the Rapid Response Team, shared that over the past week the team conducted seven deployments, including two emergency missions. They operated in Kharkiv, the village of Starovirivka (Kupiansk district), Izium, and Pechenihy.
With support from our partner Diaconia, the team sealed 470 openings (windows and doors) and repaired the roofs of 28 households and 5 administrative buildings.
