Drone attack safety training

The rapid response team of the Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation participated in a training organized by the Canadian organization Safer Access, focused on countering drone attacks during the evacuation of people from dangerous areas.

During the training, the team received practical knowledge on how to behave when a drone is detected, practiced the action algorithm to preserve life, and learned evacuation tactics under attack. Separate exercises included simulations of shootings in transport and modeling of real-life scenarios, which allowed participants to study the characteristics of detecting different types of drones and ways to respond to them. Such trainings are extremely important for our work: they provide the opportunity to prepare for real challenges and protect civilians more effectively during evacuations.
