Children’s Hub Reopens
The Children’s Educational Center of the Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation, which was damaged by a drone strike, has resumed operations at a new location. Thanks to the support of our partner Kindernothilfe, this safe space for children is once again open to young visitors.
Children aged 3 to 16 can now enjoy a wide range of educational, developmental, and creative activities, as well as receive support from a psychologist and speech therapist.
"We want to thank the Peaceful Heaven Hub for being a place where we’ve been coming with our two children for years. It’s where a real circle of friends has formed. We’re also deeply grateful to the partners who, in such a difficult time, found the resources to restore the center so that so many children could return," says Tetiana Doroshenko, one of the center’s regular visitors.
As a reminder, our children’s hub in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv was damaged during a massive drone attack on the night of March 1. But we didn’t stop—we rebuilt and reopened it.
