Missions and Evacuations Under Fire
For two consecutive days, the Rapid Response Team of the Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation has been working in the regional center, which continues to be under enemy attack. From June 11 to 12, the team made 9 trips to the sites of shelling.
“The priority task is the evacuation of people and animals from the epicenter of the strike, as well as assessing the damage for further sealing of openings. Over two days, 136 openings were sealed in 27 households — including 21 apartments, 5 private houses, and an educational institution,” said the head of the Rapid Response Team, Denys Hrushka.
Recall that in the past day, 15 people were injured in Kharkiv as a result of shelling. The enemy attacked with 12 drones in the Shevchenkivskyi, Saltivskyi, and Slobidskyi districts of Kharkiv.
Damages were inflicted on 11 multi-apartment buildings, one private house, 12 cars, 2 schools, a nursery-kindergarten, a fitness club, a supermarket, 2 stores, and a warehouse facility.
