The foundation’s specialists have completed a first aid training

Specialists in humanitarian demining from the Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation have completed a training in first aid. The session was conducted by experts from the international non-governmental organization Invictus Global Response.

The training followed the MARCH protocol, which outlines the provision of first aid to the wounded in combat situations or during urban attacks. Participants learned to apply tourniquets, use hemostatic devices, occlusive dressings, and fill out casualty cards.

“These sessions are extremely important for our specialists, who constantly face danger while carrying out humanitarian demining tasks. We must continuously improve our first aid skills,” said Oleksii Zhuk, Quality Engineer of the Humanitarian Demining Department at the Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation.
