Today, the city of Kherson was visited on an official working trip by the leadership of the United Nations World Food Programme: Deputy Country Director Nanna Skrumsager and Head of the Odesa Office Chad Martino.
They familiarized themselves with the work of two MTP points (temporary assistance distribution sites) and one of our mobile units operated by the Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation. During the meetings, the following topics were discussed:
-the security situation in the city;
-the needs of internally displaced persons;
-possibilities for strengthening support;
-current challenges and ways to address them.
The visit helped to strengthen cooperation and identify priority areas for further support of Kherson residents, ensuring a more effective response to their needs.
