Throughout October, the rapid response team of the Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation carried out 23 deployments, including 11 emergency ones, with an average response time of 17 minutes. During planned operations, 12 works were completed to seal openings and preserve buildings. Assistance was provided to 157 households — 416 openings were sealed, and 12 roofs with a total area of 808 m² were repaired.

Psychological support and consultations were provided to 112 people, and 60 emergency kits were delivered to children — each containing colored pencils, a stress-relief toy, and a blanket.

The operations took place in Kharkiv, Derhachi, Balakliia, Chuhuiv, Lozova, and Orilka. The team also evacuated 16 people from the Kupiansk area.
