Last Friday, the team of the Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation attended the Demine Ukraine Forum — an event that summarized the results of humanitarian demining in Ukraine and discussed the next steps in the field of safety.
The forum brought together representatives of state institutions, international partners, and civil society organizations. Participants discussed the scale of land contamination, the pace of clearance, new tools and approaches, and ways to make this work more effective and accessible for communities.
For our foundation, participation in such events is essential. We work directly in the regions, conduct mine safety training, and clearly see the real needs of people who face risks every day. That is why it is important for us to be part of the professional community and contribute to shaping effective solutions.
The Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation will continue to develop the mine action direction so that communities receive knowledge and support exactly where it is needed most.
