People in Kherson live every day under conditions of instability. Damaged infrastructure, limited access to basic services, and the constant need to save even on the most essential things remain part of daily life.
The charitable foundation Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation carried out registration for multipurpose cash assistance for families who need it most.
“The biggest expenses are medicines and utility bills. This money is enough for that and also for food. For pensioners, this is very significant support. You are doing important work,” said Oleksandr, a resident of Kherson.
The amount of assistance is UAH 10,800 per household for three months, provided in a single payment. The funds can be used to cover basic needs.

The project is funded by the German Federal Foreign Office and implemented by the charitable foundation Peaceful Sky of Kharkiv in partnership with JERU.
