The winter kits distribution project for internally displaced persons has been completed. It was implemented by the Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation in partnership with WEFA.
The distribution took place in the city of Izium for families from the Borova community. In total, 138 families received assistance.
Each winter kit included a mattress, sleeping bag, high-insulation blanket, foil emergency blanket, power bank, thermos, portable stove with dry fuel, and a battery-powered flashlight. These items are critically important during the cold season and in conditions of power outages. The assistance was provided directly to beneficiaries with transparent registration and clear communication with each recipient.
“We are internally displaced persons. We have been living here for two years already. We are sincerely grateful to the city of Izium for welcoming us and giving us the opportunity to work. Humanitarian aid is always needed, especially for people who are not at home. We remember with great gratitude those who think about us, because it is very important,” — IDP family.

We thank our partners for their trust and cooperation. Thanks to our joint efforts, families who were forced to leave their homes received the necessary support to safely get through the winter period.
