On March 10–11, our team from the Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation took part in a strategic grantwriting training in Lviv, organized by the Ukrainian Educational Platform.
Over the course of two days, we worked on project logic, learned how to formulate clear objectives, analyze community needs, and properly structure grant applications. In addition to theory, there was a strong practical component: we developed canvases for future initiatives, discussed how to make projects sustainable and impactful for communities, and learned to distinguish problems from their root causes.
The knowledge and practical tools we gained during the training will help us support communities even more effectively and further develop meaningful projects.
