The team of department heads at the Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation took part in a three-day strategic training focused on developing management approaches and improving overall efficiency.

During the training, participants analyzed internal processes, identified the team’s strengths and weaknesses, explored new solutions to everyday challenges, and worked on improving approaches to project implementation.

Such meetings are an opportunity not only to look at our work from a different perspective, but also to develop a shared vision for growth, strengthen cooperation between different departments, and find tools that will help us work even more effectively and deliver better results.
