Yesterday, Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation together with JERU launched the first vocational retraining course for the profession of “Hotel Housekeeper.”
The training will last approximately two months. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a state-recognized certificate.
Our trainees are people with hearing impairments. Therefore, to ensure a fully accessible learning process, a sign language interpreter has been engaged at the Kharkiv Vocational Education and Training Center of the State Employment Service.
Supporting people with disabilities is another important step toward building an inclusive society. We are pleased to continue our cooperation within the framework of the project “Support for Social and Financial Recovery of War-Affected Communities in Kharkiv Region.”
