In the Kherson community, many people with limited mobility remain without essential support due to damaged infrastructure and limited access to pharmacies and stores. This particularly affects the elderly and families caring for their loved ones.
For this reason, the Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation, with financial support from the National Network for the Development of Local Philanthropy, provided 30 individual hygiene kits to elderly people and people with disabilities.
"My mother is bedridden; she is a person with a disability. We had to leave Ostrov and now live here. It’s a bit calmer, but the shelling and stress remain. We are very grateful to the kind people from the Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Foundation for their help," said a local resident.
"I take care of my father, who is already 92 years old. Due to the shelling, it’s difficult even to go to the store. Humanitarian aid is very important for us—both morally and financially, as pensions are small," said another resident.

This support helps people receive the necessary items for daily care and slightly eases life under difficult circumstances.
