Evacuation from Kupiansk: four residents rescued

Not a single building remains intact — this is the reality in the frontline city of Kupiansk. Social services and critical infrastructure are no longer functioning; there is no electricity, gas, or water. The city suffers from daily shelling. As a result, evacuation is the only option left for residents.
Today, the Rapid Response Team of the Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation evacuated four people from Kupiansk — two women and two men — helping them relocate to a safer place.
A reminder: the Rapid Response Team operates in cooperation with the Humanitarian Coordination Centre and with support from our partner, Diaconia.
