The Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation has launched its first retreat for veterans and their families — a space where people can finally exhale, feel safe, and find support in one another again.

It’s not just a vacation.

It is about recovery. About trust. About the opportunity to be together again — not through exhaustion, pain, or tension, but through warmth, support, and care.

Together with specialists, families are going through a journey of:

-psychological recovery through paintball activities

-strengthening family bonds

-working through emotions and traumatic experiences

-physical relaxation and restoring inner resources

We see how people’s eyes begin to change. How calmness returns. How smiles appear where pain lived just yesterday.
