The team of the Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation, together with its partner Medair, visited sites in the Kharkiv region that have been restored after shelling in recent months.

As part of the cooperation, work was carried out to replace windows and doors, as well as repair damaged houses, so that people could regain a basic sense of safety in their homes.

“Today, together with the foundation, we visited sites that have been restored over the past eight months. Such visits help us better understand people’s needs and see the results of our joint work,” said Brian Manny, Project Manager at Medair.

“I am 83 years old. I have already lived through one war, and now I am experiencing it again. After the shelling, the windows were blown out—it was very frightening. The team came, took measurements, and then quickly completed the work. In almost one day, everything was restored. Thank you very much for your care,” said Maria, a resident of Chuhuiv.

We continue working so that people can live in restored homes and feel that they are not left alone with the consequences of war.
