Rapid Response Team of the Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation Evacuates Two Women from Kupiansk
The Rapid Response Team of the Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation, together with the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES), evacuated two women from Kupiansk. The Kupiansk area remains under constant enemy attacks.
Over the past 24 hours, shelling in the Kupiansk district damaged a private house, and in the city itself – a garage and a warehouse.
The Rapid Response Team also continues its work in Balkliia, sealing damaged building contours after prolonged shelling. Last night, the city again experienced at least 11 explosions. The fire affected 10 private houses, and there are injured civilians.
According to Denys Hrushka, Head of the Rapid Response Team, in July the team carried out 37 missions, including 12 emergency calls. They sealed 569 building contours and 10 roofs – in 123 households, 3 educational institutions, and 4 administrative buildings. Their work covered Pisochyn, Zolochiv, Borivske, Savyntsi, Chuhuiv, Kharkiv, and Izium.
The Rapid Response Team operates in cooperation with the Humanitarian Coordination Center and with the support of Diaconia.
