For people who remain in frontline communities, food assistance continues to be an important part of everyday life — especially when the war directly affects access to basic necessities.
In July, the Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation, together with the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), continued supporting residents of Kherson and Sumy regions.
Throughout July, more than 23,000 food boxes and 99 emergency kits were distributed in Kherson, while bread was provided to more than 29,000 people. In Sumy region, more than 5,500 food boxes were delivered.
These figures are the result of our team’s daily work to ensure that essential assistance reaches people who remain in their communities in a timely manner.
