Diaconia Hygiene Kits: Aid for the Residents of Stepanivka

Residents of the Stepanivka Starosta District of the Kherson community received 1,111 hygiene kits. This assistance was provided by the Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation in cooperation with its partner, Diaconia.

Svitlana Abakumova, who has lived in Stepanivka all her life, learned about the distribution of aid through social media.

“Hygiene is very important for our family, especially since we have two daughters. I had previously received baby diapers for my younger child from Peaceful Heaven. These kits are extremely helpful,” she said.

We distributed hygiene kits throughout the entire district, with one box per family. Each box includes everyday essentials: shampoo, laundry detergent, soap, shaving kit, toothbrushes and toothpaste, toilet paper, antibacterial wipes, and more.

We continue to support people living under constant threats by meeting their basic needs.
