Deployments in a month: September summary

In September, the rapid response team of the Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation continued its work in frontline and war-affected communities of the Kharkiv region. Our missions covered Lozova, Shevchenkove, Tsyrkuny, Bohodukhiv, Siryaky, Zauddia, Kalynove, Chuhuiv, and Kharkiv.

Throughout the month, 18 deployments were carried out, including 4 emergency missions, with the team arriving on site within an average of 11 minutes. During most other missions, the team conducted works to secure and preserve damaged buildings — from sealing building contours to repairing roofs. In total, 146 contours were sealed, and 8 roofs were restored, covering a total area of 1,110 m².

Among the facilities where repairs took place were 6 administrative buildings and 4 educational institutions damaged by shelling. At the same time, the team provided direct assistance to people in need: 96 individuals received psychological counseling, and 44 emergency kits were distributed to children. The rapid response team also helped evacuate 11 people from dangerous areas.

We work every day to ensure that residents of affected communities feel supported.
