Last week in Mykolaiv, together with Medico International, we held a creative meeting for people from vulnerable groups.
This time, participants painted plaster figurines. It may seem like a simple activity, but moments like these help people put their daily worries aside for a while, switch off, connect with others, and take some time for themselves.
“I liked that there was no need to rush anywhere. You just sit, choose the colors, and do what you feel like doing. And for a while, you think about something completely different,” shares Olena, a participant of the meeting.

Some participants carefully chose their colors, others experimented, while some simply enjoyed the process. In the end, everyone created their own unique figurine and took it home along with the warm emotions from the meeting.
18 participants joined the creative session.
