The Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv Charitable Foundation, with the support of UNICEF, has opened a safe space for children in Barvinkove.

The location hosts sessions with psychologists, art therapy activities, workshops, and group activities for children. The space operates on a permanent basis, allowing children to attend regularly.

Barvinkove is a frontline community. In conditions of constant security risks, the stable presence of an organized child-friendly space becomes especially important for families.

“If you tell a child, ‘Let’s go to Peaceful Heaven,’ there’s no need to persuade them. Caring professionals work here, children attend with pleasure, and parents and grandparents know that this time will be spent usefully,” says Liudmyla, a resident of Barvinkove.
