The communities of Kharkiv region have become a shelter for a large number of displaced persons and are home to many families and elderly people, so it is especially important to provide them with proper attention and support in the upcoming winter period. A large number of IDPs were resettled in previously empty houses and cottages, which are not designed for staying in the winter period. Sometimes they do not even have a heating system. A large number of residents of territorial communities are concerned about the lack of financial and logistical ability to provide themselves with stoves, firewood and pellets necessary for heating their homes. CO «CF «Peaceful Heaven of Kharkiv» plans to provide vulnerable population groups with alternative types of heating and give them the opportunity to safely survive the difficult winter period.

Stages of the project
